Job Description:

This role as a Supply Chain Admin- Procurement at Fort McKay Group of Companies involves managing the receipt of goods and services within SAP, verifying and signing off on procurement processes, and working closely with operations. The position requires ensuring that the company receives and pays only for what was ordered, maintaining data integrity, and supporting safety and efficiency in procurement activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Sign and verify packing slips and LEMS.
  • Track LEMs against POs based on specific units of measure.
  • Enter receipt of goods/services in SAP.
  • Communicate discrepancies to purchasers.
  • Setup coding for stock and non-stock parts.
  • Maintain supplier and product data.
  • Ensure policy adherence and monitor service levels.
  • Promote safety culture and evaluate procurement processes for improvements.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Class 5 License with a 3-year driver’s abstract.
  • Asset: PMAC Level 3 or SCMP designation.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or transportation is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP Business by Design or similar ERP systems is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

This is a temporary full-time position based in Edmonton, AB, working Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
