We are looking for an experienced and proactive Fuel System Integrator with strong expertise in project management and team coordination. The candidate will play a key role in the planning, execution, and deployment of fuel management and distribution system integration projects. She / he will be responsible for coordinating various stakeholders, including a major supplier, and ensuring the success of projects within their scope of responsibilities.

Project Management :

• Lead and manage fuel system integration projects, from the design phase to commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, including objectives and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate project status effectively to various stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities :

• Participate in the design and planning of fuel system integration, in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Manage configuration of fuel system equipment and software (e.g., control systems, sensors, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems).
• Perform the integration of different components of fuel systems, including mechanical, electrical, and control aspects.
• Develop and execute rigorous test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and safety of integrated systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered during integration and testing.
• Write technical documentation related to the integration, configuration, and testing of systems.
• Provide technical support during the deployment and commissioning of systems.
• Stay informed of the latest technologies and best practices in fuel system integration.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the product.

The ideal candidate must :

• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in aerospace or a related engineering field.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in managing engineering projects.
• Have good organizational and planning skills.
• Have experience working with suppliers (an asset).
• Have at least one year of engineering experience in the field of aeronautical systems; experience in hydraulic systems would be an asset.
• Have at least one year of experience in the field of embedded software development would be an asset.
• Be familiar with Part 25 regulations and the aircraft certification process.
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills.
• Possess strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
• Have an aptitude for digital tools and experience in the field of AI would be an asset.
