This role is responsible for defining and executing the program roadmap, aligning cross-functional teams across Go-to-Market (GTM), Technology, and Operations, and ensuring seamless execution. The ideal candidate will excel at eliminating bottlenecks, maintaining momentum, and keeping all stakeholders aligned toward a common goal.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), setting clear goals, priorities, and success metrics aligned with company objectives.
  2. Develop and manage the EAP program roadmap, integrating customer feedback, performance data, and market trends to ensure ongoing relevance and competitiveness.
  3. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Go-to-Market (GTM), Technology, and Operations teams to drive alignment and execution.
  4. Collaborate with Tech and Product teams to ensure development priorities address client and operational needs, resolving blockers and translating feedback into actionable requirements.
  5. Partner with Operations to design scalable delivery models, optimize workflows and tooling, and eliminate inefficiencies to support business growth.
  6. Stay connected to customer feedback and competitive trends to continuously evolve and improve the EAP offering.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Direct experience with the EAP industry (5 years+)
  • Operate with high ownership and low ego
  • Excellent communication skills — clear, direct, and transparent
  • A strong bias for action and comfort with ambiguity
  • Experience managing complex programs with cross-functional teams (5 years+)
  • Bilingualism is an asset
