YOUR ROLE

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you're able to flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day!

Your Responsibilities

1. You're passionate about brand standards: keeping product moving through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
2. The Stockroom is your home base: ensure it stays organized and efficient, managing merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures.
3. Be innovative: identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a plan, and take action.
4. Teamwork is key: assist fellow team members with non-stock tasks or guest assistance when needed.
5. Maintain safety and integrity: follow safety standards, Asset Protection policies, and store procedures.
