We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Outside Sales Representative – Industrial Manufacturing.

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships and closing deals in a technical environment? Join a leading industrial manufacturer where you’ll have the opportunity to grow existing accounts and open new doors with innovative, engineered solutions. This role is ideal for someone who understands the value of face-to-face interaction, consultative selling, and long-term client partnerships in a B2B manufacturing setting.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Identifying new business opportunities within industrial sectors such as automotive, aerospace, heavy equipment, and OEM manufacturing
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular site visits, technical consultations, and value-added solutions
  • Preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer needs and product specifications
  • Collaborating with internal engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Reporting sales activity, forecasts, and market trends to leadership
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineered products
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical sales role
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or product specifications
  • Willingness to travel within a defined territory

Location: Woodstock, Ontario

Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000
