Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse license required
• Med/Surg experience required; 5+ years preferred
• Proven success in the charge nurse role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to plan and implement educational opportunities
• Resource and mentor to staff
• Proficiency and innovation in electronic health record use
• High accountability and proactiveness in individual and team work
