We’re looking for a Controller in the manufacturing industry near Regina, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead operational accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  2. Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  3. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  4. Support strategic decision-making with financial data and modeling.
  5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  6. Coordinate external audits and tax filings.
  7. Evaluate and improve current accounting systems and processes.
  8. Collaborate with leadership to align financial goals with business strategy.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or product-based environments.
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • Ability to lead and scale accounting operations in a growing business.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $100,000 – $120,000, depending on experience.
  • Additional experience may be considered for higher compensation.
