Provides Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home-based and community service settings.

We are looking for Occupational Therapists

who can bring their integrated approach to therapy services in our clients’ homes. Our Occupational Therapists enjoy a fun, upbeat, and dynamic environment that promotes independence and adaptability. The role involves working with a variety of client conditions, primarily adults, with occasional pediatric referrals. If you seek an environment where you can utilize a wide range of therapy skills to enhance client well-being and develop your passion for Home Care, this role is ideal.

For new Occupational Therapist graduates, our team offers intensive learning and development opportunities to upskill in community-based work.

Opportunities Available

Full Time and Part Time positions are available, allowing OT professionals to create a schedule that suits them, within geographic areas around Simcoe County, Ontario.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Assessing and developing accurate therapy care plans in the client’s home environment, including health promotion, equipment prescription, and safety promotion.
  2. Applying creativity and adaptability to provide complex preventative or corrective actions tailored to client needs.
  3. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, clients’ families, and caregivers to establish holistic treatment goals and service plans.
  4. Utilizing a hybrid care model, combining face-to-face and virtual interactions, to build flexible schedules that work for both you and your clients.
Skills Needed for Success
  1. Graduation from a recognized Post-Secondary program in Occupational Therapy.
  2. Current registration and good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  3. Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
