Food & Beverage Operations Manager
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Running Day to Day Operations in the Tasting Room and for on site services
- Support creative growth of the F&B program with a commitment to excellence
- Influence menus and create experiences
- Coordinate with the Events Manager as required
- Coordinate staffing needs, and needs from various suppliers, caterers or service providers.
- Be present at required events, as well as lead-up meetings and post-event meetings.
- Travel to trade-shows and industry events.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an F&B leadership role
- Experience in event planning
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Experience in a high volume service environment
- Passionate about people and creating exceptional customer experiences
- A passion for selling
- An exceptional ability to multi-task, stay organized, and self-manage tight deadlines and high volume
- The ability to think strategically, creatively, and resourcefully
