Role Designation : Office-Based

Accountabilities

  • Greet walk-in clients as well as answer and direct incoming calls
  • Distribute, action, and sort incoming mail
  • Order and manage inventory of office supplies as required
  • File all documentation accordingly while exercising a high level of confidentiality
  • Provide support with expense reporting as required
  • Other tasks as required.

Qualifications and Education

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience working in an office in an administrative or customer service capacity
  • Ability to exhibit sound judgement and discretion
  • Proficient with standard software applications.
