The purpose of the Sales and Marketing Administrator is to support the sales and marketing team by providing a first-class administrative service and ensuring this activity is handled quickly and seamlessly.

Key Activities

  • Manage travel administration for the sales and marketing team, coordinating with internal staff and external parties such as airlines, hotels, conference organizers, and agencies to ensure efficient planning.
  • Assist in organizing travel, sales trips, conferences, webinars, and other related activities.
  • Verify and track invoices for budgeting purposes.
  • Compile, code, and submit expenses for the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Create reports based on dashboard metrics from CRM systems.
  • File and maintain MSAs and Trip Reports.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office, including Power BI, and adapt to in-house systems.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns to promote the brand and products.
  • Monitor and analyze LinkedIn ad performance using LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Track and report key metrics with Google Analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimize ad performance through A / B testing and data-driven strategies.
  • Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including landing page development and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital advertising strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in LinkedIn advertising, Google Ads, and analytics.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

  • Post-secondary education in a related or similar field.

Experience

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with CRM software.
  • Experience in creating and managing LinkedIn ad campaigns.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
  • Experience developing and optimizing landing pages for Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in liaising with suppliers and third-party contractors.
