The purpose of the Sales and Marketing Administrator is to support the sales and marketing team by providing a first-class administrative service and ensuring this activity is handled quickly and seamlessly.
Key Activities
- Manage travel administration for the sales and marketing team, coordinating with internal staff and external parties such as airlines, hotels, conference organizers, and agencies to ensure efficient planning.
- Assist in organizing travel, sales trips, conferences, webinars, and other related activities.
- Verify and track invoices for budgeting purposes.
- Compile, code, and submit expenses for the Sales and Marketing team.
- Create reports based on dashboard metrics from CRM systems.
- File and maintain MSAs and Trip Reports.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office, including Power BI, and adapt to in-house systems.
- Develop, manage, and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns to promote the brand and products.
- Monitor and analyze LinkedIn ad performance using LinkedIn Analytics.
- Track and report key metrics with Google Analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Optimize ad performance through A / B testing and data-driven strategies.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including landing page development and optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital advertising strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in LinkedIn advertising, Google Ads, and analytics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
- Post-secondary education in a related or similar field.
Experience
- Experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience with CRM software.
- Experience in creating and managing LinkedIn ad campaigns.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
- Experience developing and optimizing landing pages for Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
