Positions Available:

• Bakers - 5 candidates
• Cooks - 10 candidates
• Hair Stylists - 5 candidates
• Automotive Mechanics - 5 candidates
• Electrical / MotoRewinders - 5 candidates

Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Bakers

• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Prepare special orders
• Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods
• Draw up production schedules
• Ensure product quality standards
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Operate machinery
• Organize and maintain inventory

Experience and specialization:

• Breads and rolls
• Desserts and pastries
• Donuts and muffins

2. Cooks

• Determine food portion sizes and costs
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Prepare and cook meals or dishes
• Inspect kitchens and food areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling
• Supervise kitchen staff
• Maintain inventory and records
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Manage kitchen operations

3. Hair Stylists

• Book appointments
• Cut, trim, and style hair
• Shampoo and provide hair treatments
• Supervise staff and apprentices

4. Automotive Mechanics

• Inspect and test vehicles and systems
• Repair or replace parts
• Review work orders
• Own transportation and valid driver’s license

5. Electrical / MotoRewinders

• Test and observe electrical/mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair motors and transformers
• Use machining tools
• Read blueprints
• Perform on-site servicing and repairs
