Job Purpose

Are you a customer-centric business leader focused on improving outcomes? Do you thrive in team environments and as an individual contributor? Do you have 5+ years of experience in Customer Business Development, Key Account Management, Trade/Consumer Marketing, CS&P, or National Accounts? We are looking for you!

The Senior Key Account Manager – National Accounts will lead a portfolio focused on value creation, implementing and communicating customer plans, including trade investment optimization, to drive sustainable growth for one of the largest categories in CPG. You will report to the Head of Sales, Ice Cream Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set strategic direction at National Accounts with insights specific to Ice Cream and channels.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives.
  • Ensure execution of pricing and promotion strategies within trade investment guidelines.
  • Apply best-in-class selling strategies to grow the Ice Cream business profitably.
  • Develop Annual Joint Business plans with retailers, incorporating brand, category management, and shopper insights.
  • Contribute to the development of the 6P’s, maximizing ROI of promotions and trade investments.
  • Maintain financial acumen with a deep understanding of Customer P&Ls to enhance value creation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Minimum 5+ years in business development, category management, customer marketing, or key account management at the national level.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and negotiation skills, with creative thinking.
  • Deep financial understanding, capable of delivering business results and category growth.
  • Passion for fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and navigating ambiguity.
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $95,760 to $143,640, considering skills, experience, and organizational needs.

Bonus and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) eligibility.

Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, parental leave, paid vacation, holidays, and voluntary benefits. Details depend on plan terms.
