Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong blend of business analysis, project management, Scrum, and data management expertise. The ideal candidate will navigate a complex environment with multiple initiatives related to data management and operational efficiency. This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to perform detailed requirements grooming, solution design, testing, and facilitation of workshops with diverse internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Knowledge of finance and family office business environments, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Management:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Prioritize requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Design and document business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational efficiency.
- Support data management initiatives by identifying data requirements, ensuring data quality, and integrating data into business processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to design specifications.
- Plan, execute, and oversee testing activities to ensure solutions meet quality standards and business objectives.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring clear communication, contract adherence, and successful project outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and industry trends.
Project Management & Scrum:
- Lead and manage projects using both traditional project management and Agile methodologies.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery on time and within scope.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project management, or related fields.
- Experience with business process modeling tools and techniques.
- Experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform or BPMS.
- Experience with Power BI, and other data analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in the financial services sector or with family offices is advantageous.
- Certification in business analysis, process management, or Scrum (e.g., CBAP, PMP, CSM) is preferred.
