Job Location: FFUN Motorsports Portage la Prairie, Manitoba

The Nitty-Gritty of What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage all operations related to new and pre-owned recreational vehicles
  • Ensure sales department meets profit targets
  • Train, motivate, and support sales staff
  • Set sales quotas aligned with team members’ skills
  • Oversee finance, insurance, and extended service programs
  • Achieve revenue and profit goals
  • Cross-sell parts, accessories, and other products
  • Plan work schedules for staff
  • Conduct employee performance reviews
