The Team Lead – Business Partner Support is a committed and organized leader who plays a key role in mentoring and supporting Product Support Advisors (PSAs) – Business Partners. You will be the go-to person for PSAs – Business Partners and will be responsible for ensuring service quality while guiding your team toward excellence.
- Supervise the daily activities of team members.
- Ensure that processes and procedures are followed to optimize efficiency and business partner satisfaction.
- Take charge of analyzing, designing, and documenting missing procedures and processes.
- Work closely with team members to resolve complex requests.
- Train new PSAs – Business Partners.
- Participate in meetings with business partners regarding support-related topics.
- Demonstrate positive leadership and the ability to manage priorities under pressure.
- Support the team in mastering manufacturer programs and ensuring compliance.
- Manage escalations from business partners.
- Adhere to and enforce confidentiality and data protection policies for our business partners.
- Perform any other related tasks.
- If you need to act as a PSA – Business Partner for certain business partners, the responsibilities related to that role will also apply.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (mandatory).
- Natural leadership within a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service skills and analytical mindset.
- Deep understanding of digital tools, including digital marketing (an asset).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and under pressure.
