Job Description:
- Lead planning and implementation of Prescriber and Clinician engagement strategies to build shared ownership and collaboration, raise awareness of the program, and motivate these groups to participate in the transformation.
- Partner with CMIOs, CNIOs, and other program leaders to develop tactics that enhance readiness among Prescribers and Clinicians.
- Collaborate directly with communications, engagement, and HR resources as needed.
- Lead the planning and coordination of engagement events, including preparing agendas, content, and translations.
- Collect and analyze Change Impacts relevant to Prescriber and Clinician audiences.
- As the CMC team expands, oversee the daily work of team members supporting engagement activities.
- Plan, track, and manage tasks using the Program management tool - Jira.
- Work with the CMC Lead to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- Gather feedback through Prescriber and Clinician networks, analyze Change Readiness Survey results, and adapt engagement tactics accordingly.
- The candidate will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete the Department's Privacy Training prior to starting.

- Post-secondary education in a health-related discipline or equivalent training and relevant experience. Yes/No
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior change management role (e.g., Change Lead or Sr. Specialist) leading healthcare transformation initiatives impacting providers. 5+ years
- Experience managing change related to healthcare technology (e.g., Clinical Information Systems, EHRs, digital transformation projects) with clinical user groups. 5+ years
- Availability to start around May 19th, 2025 (or earlier if possible). Yes/No
