Job description

We require all our head office associates to be proficient in French, spoken and written.

Position is REMOTE : The selected candidate must reside within 250 km of our BOUCHERVILLE (Qc) office.

Experience in EDI is Mandatory.

The primary objective of this role is to provide technical assistance to external vendors in EDI transmissions. You will need to demonstrate technical problem solving skills and a passion for technology and strong EDI skills. You will be expected to work collaboratively with multiple teams to provide the best possible service.

Your role

  1. Monitor data exchanges between our systems and external partners;
  2. Manage reported incidents and correct each case in a timely manner;
  3. Work with internal teams on projects;
  4. Be responsible for the quality of the work assigned to him / her;
  5. Stay abreast of technological advances to help develop our best practices;

All other related tasks.

The qualifications we are looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree or technical college diploma in computer science, programming or software / computer engineering;
  2. Bilingualism; French and English, oral and written;
  3. Knowledge of EDI concepts and standards;

Ability to handle a high volume of requests, triage, prioritize.

Must be able to collaborate, work with multiple teams.

  1. Must have good adaptability, analytical and communication skills;
  2. Ability to plan work and manage time effectively;
  3. Must be results oriented.
