Responsibilities:

1. Prepare weekly schedules for bartender, barback, and server staff to ensure adequate shift coverage. Adjust staffing as necessary to meet business demands and provide coverage in case of employee absence.
2. Monitor beverage inventory to maintain adequate stock levels and prevent wastage or abuse by staff. Requisition purchases as needed.
3. Oversee cleanliness of staff areas and the physical bar environment, paying attention to health hazards and compliance with safety regulations.
4. Review sales and beverage costs, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure proper cash management.
5. Resolve customer complaints promptly following company guidelines.
6. Oversee the preparation of beverages and ensure the quality of the products served.
