Job Details

Location: 7 Elm St, St Stephen, NB E3L 2W7
Workplace Information: On site
Salary: 29.00 hourly / 32 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Flexible Hours: To be determined
Starts: As soon as possible

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

On Site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work Setting: Nursing home/home for the aged

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate the flow of information
  2. Interview patients to obtain case histories
  3. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material
  4. Schedule and confirm appointments
  5. Train staff in procedures and in use of current software
  6. Complete insurance and other claim forms
  7. Maintain filing system
  8. Order supplies and maintain inventory
  9. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  10. Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
  11. Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
  12. Prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe and distribute minutes
  13. Perform data entry
  14. Supervision of 1 to 2 people
Experience and Specialization

Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook

Area of Work Experience: Contracts, Financial statements, Statistics
