RMC Varsity Club Coach Positions (Contract)

The Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) is seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to serve as coaches for the following varsity clubs:

• Judo
• Running (Cross-Country)
• Rowing
• Swimming
• Sailing
• Taekwondo
• Women’s Rugby

Under the direction and support of the Recreation and Intramural Manager, coaches are responsible for performing coaching duties within the scope of the RMC Varsity Club program.

Job Requirements

• Duration of position: August to March
• Weekly time commitment: Minimum 3 nights per week for practices, plus travel to competitions
• Qualifications:
  • Current NCCP Level 2-4 coaching certification preferred
  • NLS Certified, if applicable
  • Experience with military sports/athletes
  • Minimum 2 years coaching experience at the post-secondary level

Salary: Compensation (honorarium, without benefits) to be negotiated, based on experience and qualifications
