We are a seasonal property with positions starting May 7, 2025 until October 2025. For our international applicants, please note we do not have any LMIA spots available at this time.

We are seeking a friendly and professional front desk agent to join our team at our hotel in the Canadian Rockies. As the first point of contact for our guests, the front desk agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. At our hotel, we strive to provide everyone with the best experience possible, and the front desk agent plays a key role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet guests upon arrival and check them in to their rooms
  2. Handle guest check-outs and process payments
  3. Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
  4. Make reservations and modifications to existing reservations
  5. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  6. Update guest accounts and records
  7. Book tours for guests and coordinate with other departments as needed
  8. Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Proficiency in computer systems and applications
Compensation:

Wage: $17/hour plus bonuses.
Staff accommodation is available for employees over the age of 18 at $4.41 per day.
Completion Bonus: If contract is completed you will receive $1 for every hour worked, plus a bonus that will cover the cost of your rent.
Referral Bonus: $500 if both yours and your referrals contract are completed.
