Job Description :

SRA is seeking a talented and experienced Curam Designer to join our client's team within the federal government. This is a remote contract position lasting until December, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have up to X years of relevant experience, with a mandatory focus on Curam software. Proficiency in SAFe Agile methodologies and a Reliability Security Clearance are also required.

Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop Curam-based solutions to meet the client's business requirements.
  • Collaborate with federal government stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to improve the overall quality of Curam solutions.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure designs comply with industry standards and best practices, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Utilize SAFe Agile principles to manage workload and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior designers and developers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Curam software and related technologies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Up to X years of experience in software design, with a focus on Curam software.
  • Mandatory experience with Curam software.
  • Proficiency in SAFe Agile methodologies.
  • Reliability Security Clearance is required.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with large-scale software implementations.
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages and technologies.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
