What you will be doing :
- Help develop mobile strategies and plans based on business objectives, analytics, insights, metrics, and market trends, with a consumer-centric approach.
- Conduct strategic planning to prepare product roadmaps; proactively identify changes in the business and technology landscape, and determine technical projects needed to maintain or enhance service levels.
- Advise, consult, and socialize with key stakeholders involved in prioritized initiatives; document business opportunities, recommend digital solutions, and provide timelines and budget impacts.
- Identify new business opportunities and product and service enhancements within strategic objectives; influence business decisions with senior management.
- Determine, report, and analyze key performance indicators to track the impacts of self-serve initiatives across all channels.
- Lead product portfolio planning, including business case development, operational requirements, cost & pricing analysis, and product scope definition.
- Use JIRA to document epics, user stories, and tasks to guide development teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
- Monitor and implement app changes using Adobe Experience Manager to address customer pain points.
- Obtain necessary approvals from internal stakeholders for digital property updates.
- Ensure best practices are followed to increase delivery efficiency.
- Manage weekly stakeholder meetings to provide status updates.
- Generate reports and analytics to optimize key metrics and assess app performance against goals and KPIs.
- Foster a collaborative environment, sharing knowledge and celebrating team successes.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, drive stakeholder collaboration, and provide leadership from strategy to execution.
Qualifications :
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Design, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in online and wireless channels within the telecom industry.
- Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, trends, and customer needs.
- Knowledge of technical aspects of web & mobile applications.
- Creative with practical application for digital channels.
- Motivated, inquisitive, and capable of managing multiple projects.
- Excellent self-management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with web capabilities implementation and all SDLC stages.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Adobe Suite.
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and hold oneself accountable for performance objectives.
