Base pay range

CA$41,800.00 / yr - CA$52,300.00 / yr

Description

They deliver the goods. From our warehouse in Surrey BC, this team focuses on running an efficient, well-organized, safe place to work. They lift heavy objects, wield the box cutters, and get things where they need to go.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Western Distribution Centre (WDC) Coordinator . As the WDC Coordinator, you’ll provide administrative support to the Distribution Centre including problem solving, communication, staff liaison, creating delivery appointments, and Receiving Department support.

You’ll work with an inclusive, hands-on, collaborative group that connects people with quality products to encourage active outdoor lives. You’ll always be learning, and your co-workers might inspire you to try something new, like riding in a Fondo, bouldering, or paddleboarding.

What You Do

  • Create inbound loads and check in drivers.
  • Create delivery appointments with carriers.
  • Post purchase orders (POs) and enter data into inventory software.
  • Complete discrepancy report data entry; investigate discrepancy reports and follow up with Merchandise Analysts.
  • Make adjustments to inventory as needed.
  • Perform Return to Vendor (RTV) administrative functions.
  • Liaise with staff and Supervisors to ensure SOPs are followed for receiving.
  • Follow up with Logistics and Merchandise Analysts for additional documentation.
  • Enter and update dimensional data for new products.
  • Assist with annual physical inventory count.
  • Provide administrative assistance to Supervisors and DC Manager.
  • Perform additional administrative functions as required.

What You Bring

  • A post-secondary education.
  • 3-5 years of related experience.
  • Experience working in a warehouse or distribution centre.
  • A support-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines calmly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Approachable, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Team player attitude, adaptable to solo work.
  • Flexible and open to doing new things.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Tactful, diplomatic, and confidentiality skills.
  • Passion for outdoor activities like trail building, logging miles, or similar.

The anticipated salary range is $41,800 to $52,300, dependent on skills, experience, and internal equity.
