Job Description

We are seeking full-time, permanent personnel to add to our Building and Property Maintenance team at our Mississauga Trucking Hub.

These positions are typically Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM shifts, including a thirty-minute break mid-day. However, the position will require some flexibility in hours and days of work, depending on weather conditions and other emergency situations.

Qualifications

Prior experience in the following will be considered:

• Operation of lift trucks, snow plows, loaders, salters, etc.
• Maintenance and repair of overhead doors, man doors, door locks, etc.
• Maintenance and repair of dock levelers
• Plumbing, including installation of fittings, drains, sinks, pipes, etc.
• Experience in the maintenance of HVAC, Radiant Heat, and ventilation equipment.
• Drywall repair/replacement; painting, installation of ceiling tiles, etc.
• Repairs and maintenance of chain link fence and fence posts, etc.
• General Building and Grounds maintenance

The starting wage is between $25.00 - $30.00/hour, based on relevant skills and experience. This wage may be negotiable for applicants certified in relevant trades.
