Qualifications

Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Clinical Sleep Assistant for our Sudbury branch. The Clinical Sleep Assistant facilitates administrative tasks and offers support in the storefront area related to CPAP therapy at the branch.

  • Contribute to a safe work environment by obeying safety procedures and policies, encouraging others to do the same, and reporting unsafe practices.
  • Ensure operation of equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and arranging repairs. Liaise with medical professionals, provide information/literature to prospective clients, and demonstrate products and services.
  • Support office operations by performing duties such as typing, proofreading, photocopying, filing, bank deposits, maintaining client charts, managing database systems, inventory, and financial transactions.
  • Provide friendly customer service by greeting clients, offering information about CPAP therapy, assisting with sales and inventory, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve excellent customer service.
  • Participate in home testing under professional supervision, assist healthcare professionals with documentation, and maintain equipment and client confidentiality.
  • Contribute to process improvements, participate in quality activities, and engage in ongoing learning.
  • Provide after-hours support through branch on-call rotation.
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • College Certificate or Diploma in Medical Office Administration or a related medical background preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, Google systems, with strong data entry and sales skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in general office practices.
