Summary

We are looking for talented professionals with a solid background in Core Java who are ready to make a significant impact and learn newer technologies and languages. As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll focus on backend development with Java and contribute to frontend work with ReactJS. Our small, agile teams allow you to spend up to 40% of your time on innovation and developing new software, pushing our products forward.

Here's What You'll Be Doing
  1. Lead and engage in the full software development lifecycle, from coding and design to testing and deployment.
  2. Learn new programming languages and software tools related to the industry.
  3. Apply advanced Core Java concepts like inheritance, interfaces, and abstract classes to solve complex, real-world business challenges.
  4. Work across the full stack, focusing on backend development (Java) and frontend development (ReactJS).
  5. Collaborate closely with a talented team to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions that meet customer needs.
  6. Innovate and develop new software that directly contributes to our product and business growth.
  7. Contribute to software development design, testing, implementation, and maintenance support.
  8. Participate in solution review and design of technical architectures.
  9. Produce professional code with minimal supervision.
Here's What You Need
  1. Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
  2. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  3. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
  4. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Java development, REST, and web services.
  5. Minimum of 4+ years of experience with Hibernate or similar mapping frameworks, including Spring.
  6. Strong interest in building expertise in insurance solutions.
  7. Experience with front-end technologies like React or Angular is a plus.
  8. Experience with Life / Health / Group Insurance projects is preferred.
  9. Experience modernizing legacy applications and transitioning to cloud architectures is a plus.
  10. PostgreSQL experience is advantageous.
