Dilawri Auto Group of Companies is looking to fill the role of IT Service Desk for their Regional Team.

Reporting to the Regional IT Team Lead, the position is responsible for providing hardware and software support to end users via email, in person, phone, or remote. A minimum of 1 year’s experience is required. Respond to support requests from staff via phone, email, or ticketing system.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  2. Set up user accounts in Azure AD.
  3. Log and monitor support tickets, escalate issues when necessary.
  4. Unlock user accounts and reset passwords.
  5. Maintain accurate inventory of all IT equipment.
  6. Set up workstations, monitors, and peripherals.
  7. Conduct desk moves for staff as needed.
  8. Set up VPN for users.
  9. Submit hardware and software requests to management.
  10. Support end-user hardware for Windows, Mac, desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP phones, smartphones, etc.
  11. Coordinate with third parties to resolve issues.
  12. Manage onboarding and offboarding user access.
  13. Troubleshoot and repair Windows applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, Office 365.
  14. Image and deploy workstations for dealerships.
  15. Repair, replace, and upgrade laptop and desktop parts.
  16. Keep records of IT purchases.
  17. Order supplies as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Support and maintain software systems, including security software and DCS systems.
  2. Support telephone network systems and work with providers.
  3. Maintain video security and surveillance systems.
  4. Train staff on hardware and software usage.
  5. Maintain email system and domain name services.
  6. Implement and maintain security measures.
  7. Support B2B and B2C communications.
  8. Participate in meetings and training.
  9. Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • University Degree or College Diploma in IT or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a technical support role, with at least 1 year in deskside support; dealership experience preferred.
  • Certifications as required by industry standards.
