Location : Fully Remote (Must be barred in CA, MN, NV, WA, or CO )

Role Type : Full-Time | Counsel | Employment Litigation

A national employment law firm is seeking a mid-level employment litigator to join its fully remote virtual office. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys seeking meaningful, high-quality legal work in a flexible environment—without business development pressure or rigid billable hour targets.

What You’ll Do :

Handle administrative agency matters , demand letters, and single-plaintiff litigation

Draft pleadings, respond to discovery, and contribute to litigation strategy

Collaborate with partners and legal staff across a remote team

Manage casework in federal and state courts

Focus on litigation — no need to source your own clients

What We’re Looking For :

JD from an ABA-accredited law school

5–7 years of employment law litigation experience (law firm background preferred)

Active bar license in CA, MN, NV, WA, or CO

Strong writing and case management skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Experience with EPLI matters is a plus

Compensation & Benefits :

Base salary : Starting at $130,000 (flexible based on billable target)

120K at 1,400 hours / $140K at 1,600 hours (approximate figures)

Target billables : ~1,500 hours / year

Unlimited PTO
