Job description

Our Player, Front of House, is an integral part of the team responsible for providing an exceptional entertainment experience to every guest. The Player, Front of House, operates all major attractions and is an expert on gaming within the facility, capable of helping to answer questions and curate the gaming experience for both experienced and novice gamers. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you!

In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

1. Upselling games by demonstrating game operations, encouraging guests to play, and creating a fun, playful environment.
2. Ensuring that games and stations are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational, and assisting with restocking the store.
3. Being a trusted resource for guest inquiries and concerns, with a working knowledge of the venue’s pricing for special events, promotions, and daily activities.

Qualifications:

This role may be a perfect fit for you if:

1. You are of the required age of majority or older (for licensed venues).
2. You have some experience in customer service.
3. You can complete tasks with attention to detail.
4. You possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
5. You hold a provincially applicable sell, sale, and handling of alcohol certificate.
