Cineplex is seeking a Player, Front of House to enhance the entertainment experience for guests. This role involves upselling games, maintaining game stations, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and a customer service background, along with a valid alcohol handling certificate.
Our Player, Front of House, is an integral part of the team responsible for providing an exceptional entertainment experience to every guest. The Player, Front of House, operates all major attractions and is an expert on gaming within the facility, capable of helping to answer questions and curate the gaming experience for both experienced and novice gamers.
