We are currently looking to add experienced Adjusters to our team! This role offers a HYBRID work environment.

Responsibilities

The Adjuster actively manages claims while maximizing business development opportunities, including marketing and follow-up.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in Auto, Property, Liability, Accident & Benefits, or Bodily Injury claims.
  • University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Adjuster’s license or pursuing CIP designation.
  • Equivalent education and experience considered.
  • Commitment to ongoing education.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex legal documents and perform advanced numerical analysis.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting tasks.
  • Customer service-oriented with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Interpersonal skills to handle conflicts and difficult situations effectively.
  • Dedication to continuous learning.
