Digital Marketing Associate (Remote – US Based) Full-Time | Remote | Travel Required (US, Latin America, UK) Industry: Media, Events, Digital Marketing A leading global media and events company is expanding into the U.S. and Latin American gaming markets and is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to support growth across the Americas. This position serves as a key bridge between our European marketing headquarters and U.S.-based sales and editorial teams. You’ll play a vital role in increasing our brand’s presence in the Americas, supporting sales, executing digital campaigns, and helping launch our brand into new markets.
What You’ll Do
Sales Support & Enablement • Work alongside the U.S. sales team to support marketing services and advertising packages. • Coordinate content marketing campaigns in collaboration with our London-based marketing team. • Develop compelling marketing and sales materials tailored for U.S. and Latin American audiences. • Create digital and offline presentations, media kits, and collateral. • Lead planning for major events like G2E and IGA, including marketing and promotional materials. • Ensure brand consistency across regional and global campaigns.
Brand Awareness & Audience Growth • Help drive brand visibility in the U.S. and Latin America through targeted campaigns. • Partner with the social and CRM teams to deliver engaging newsletters and digital content. • Execute strategies that boost online engagement and media reach.
Market Expansion • Support go-to-market efforts in Latin America and other key regions. • Customize promotions and campaigns to resonate with regional audiences. • Conduct research and analysis to refine campaign effectiveness and audience strategy.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: • Previous experience in digital marketing, media, or B2B events industries. • Proven ability to run campaigns independently within timelines and budgets.
Skills & Tools: • Strong knowledge of digital and email marketing (e.g., Klaviyo, Dynamics). • Experience with landing page creation, basic HTML, Canva/Photoshop, and copywriting. • Familiarity with social media platforms, newsletter engagement, and CRM tools. • Experience supporting sales with high-impact collateral. • Bonus: Experience with go-to-market strategies in the U.S. or Latin America.
Knowledge & Language: • Understanding of U.S. and Latin American markets and customer behaviors. • Fluent in English (written and spoken). Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Soft Skills: • Great communicator and collaborator across remote and international teams. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and excited about working in a fast-moving global environment.
