What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Review clinical reports and forms for quality, continuity, consistency, and clinical outcomes
  • Ensure reports meet legislative requirements and customer standards
  • Liaise with clinicians to discuss reports and provide guidance and feedback
  • Complete administrative tasks within web-based systems for quality reporting
  • Assist clinical staff in formulating recommendations and maintaining program standards

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the rehabilitation industry
  • University degree in a relevant healthcare domain
  • Must be a regulated health professional
  • Must have lived in Canada in the last 5 years and be open to reliability screening upon offer
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Word and ability to learn new systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Clinical/rehabilitation experience delivering interdisciplinary care, conducting FCEs, or clinical evaluations in physical medicine or mental health
  • Experience with military culture and Canadian Veterans
  • Basic knowledge of relevant legislation related to regulated health professionals and Veterans Affairs Canada
