We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Glazing Division. This senior leadership role is ideal for a professional with expertise in architectural glazing systems and a proven track record in glazing operations and leadership. Your Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of glazing operations, including estimating, procurement, installation, and project completion.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and foster innovation.
Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Oversee notable projects such as West Village Tower A & B, Truman Frontier Project, Truman Plaza Project, and Riverwalk in Calgary.
Mentor and lead a team of professionals, promoting excellence and collaboration.
Ensure safety and high standards in architectural glazing systems while optimizing workflows.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Architectural Glazing Systems (curtain wall, window wall, stick-framed systems).
Success in glazing management or senior leadership roles within a glazing division.
Expertise in estimating, procurement, project execution, and strategic planning.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
Experience with large-scale commercial and institutional glazing projects, especially in Calgary.
A growth mindset focused on operational success and team development.
