Cineplex’s Part-Time Assistant Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Our PT Assistant Managers are passionate about movies and aim to create a fun and entertaining night out.

What you will do:

As a Part-Time Assistant Manager, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assist with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and ensure guest satisfaction is maintained.
• Manage the guest experience to ensure every visitor is satisfied and eager to return.
• Assist with managing the theatre’s budget and revenue growth.
• Forecast and initiate projects to drive the business forward and enhance Cineplex’s position as Canada’s #1 film exhibition company.

• Can analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Have demonstrated leadership during high-volume periods across multiple departments.
