About the Role

As a member of the Corporate Cyber Security, Privacy & IT Compliance team, the student will support the function in overseeing and executing the global SOX, IT Compliance and Privacy program.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in testing the effectiveness of SOX IT General Controls and IT Application Controls.
• Track progress of testing and results.
• Support the delivery of IT compliance assessments.
• Support the execution of privacy assessments.
• Conduct interviews and document meeting minutes.
• Ensure that policies posted on corporate websites are up to date.
• Other compliance activities as needed.

Knowledge Required

• Working towards a degree in Business, Computer Science, Law or related discipline.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively manage time.
• Collaborative and able to foster good working relationships.
