ABOUT THE ROLE :

As a Consultant in Loan Solutions, you will support customers both over the phone and in person to provide top-tier service. Your responsibilities include:

• Gathering loan information
• Selling loan and protection products
• Closing loans virtually and in person
• Following up on past-due accounts
• Handling cash controls and payments
• Committing to personal training and development to support our mission of delivering the best borrowing experience and earning customer trust and loyalty

WHAT WE REQUIRE : Authorized to work in Canada

• High school diploma or equivalent is an asset
