Position Overview

The Seasonal Selling Associate drives sales and delivers exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales by personally selling to customers
  • Engage proactively with customers, reading cues and responding effectively
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect bra fit through effective questioning
  • Convert returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales
  • Provide a friendly and efficient checkout experience, processing transactions accurately
  • Reinforce customer buying decisions and encourage additional purchases
  • Recover cash wrap and “go-back” merchandise
  • When assigned to processing and replenishment:
  • Prepare merchandise for floor display and maintain back room standards
  • Replenish merchandise to ensure product availability
  • Assist with markdowns, re-tickets, and stock management
  • When involved in floorset activities:
  • Execute floorset proficiently in accordance with brand standards
  • Maintain back room and stock areas for efficient replenishment

Salary Range: Minimum $17.00, Maximum $20.00. Compensation depends on skills, experience, and location.
