What You'll Do

• Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature zones with care to ensure on-time delivery.
• Packs orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar products, ensuring correct quantities and product codes.
• Ensures selected products are of the highest quality, free from damage, and freshly selected.
• Documents and labels orders accurately, interpreting pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
• Optimizes tote fill by packing efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
• Balances fulfillment duties with customer service, supporting issues to resolution.
• Maintains safety and hygiene standards by keeping work areas clean, cleaning spills immediately, and ensuring totes are debris-free. Operates material handling equipment safely, completing safety checks before use. Demonstrates behaviors aligned with the organization’s values.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting operational and safety enhancements, and demonstrates flexibility in work assignments to meet customer needs and delivery schedules.
