The Manager of Forensics Technology Support is a key technical resource responsible for managing the team of System/Network Admins to support various infrastructure technologies within KPMG's forensics group. This role is part of a nationwide team focused on ongoing support and new deployments of KPMG’s IT infrastructure.

What You Will Do
  • Recruit, coach, and support the skills development of team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Manage the delivery of technology support services, including oversight of virtual and physical servers, cloud services, and applications, with a focus on Azure environments.
  • Work with forensic applications such as Nuix, Relativity-One, and Relativity.
  • Manage relationships with partners and the business to understand their needs and align technology solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure team compliance with ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • Lead internal projects for environment upgrades.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and improvements within the Technology Support and Operations department.
  • Provide status updates and operational reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate resources for non-project implementations or upgrades, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
  • Provide on-call support for critical incidents.
What You Bring To The Role
  • A university or college degree and/or equivalent professional experience and certifications.
  • Relevant certifications in Azure cloud technologies.
  • Certifications in networking technologies such as Cisco or Palo Alto.
  • 5 to 7 years of IT experience in system implementation, project management, and systems management, with 3 to 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong background in networking, firewalls, gateways, and load balancers.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong leadership presence.
KPMG BC Region Pay Range

The expected base salary range for this position is $86,000 to $128,500, potentially eligible for bonuses. Salary is determined based on location, skills, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
