Role Overview: Client Service Administrator

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a key member of our team, you will create a welcoming environment for clients, providing exceptional service throughout their hearing journey. You will build positive relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

  1. Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact, greeting clients, managing calls and emails, and addressing inquiries professionally and warmly.
  2. Appointment Scheduling: Manage clinician schedules, book appointments, and coordinate follow-ups to ensure seamless clinic operations.
  3. Clinic Maintenance: Keep the clinic tidy and organized, ensuring supplies are stocked and the environment is welcoming.
  4. Administrative Support: Maintain client files, manage stock orders, assist with hearing aid maintenance, and support events and promotions.
  5. Accounting & Insurance: Process payments, track insurance claims, manage accounts receivable, and maintain inventory with attention to detail.

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
