Optical Retail Customer Service

We are looking for eyecare consultants to join our team in Vancouver! You will pleasantly exceed your customers’ expectations through your shining, caring personality as you guide them through our range of stylish frames and support customers who see themselves through contact lenses for the first time.

Must have experience working in Optical and eyecare.

Job Duties:

1. Greet Customers
2. Complete initial optical assessment
3. Assist customers in selecting glasses
4. Booking optical appointments
5. Cashing out customers

What we offer:

1. $19-21/hr based on experience
2. Full benefits after 3 months
3. 3 weeks of paid vacation

Your Skills & Experience:

1. Optical Retail customer service experience
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Available for long-term, full-time work on your SIN
4. Able to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends
