We seek dedicated legal professionals who will manage the entire legal process—from investigation and discovery to trial preparation and court proceedings—representing clients in depositions, site inspections, hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations. You will develop legal strategies based on thorough research, maintain good relationships with claims representatives and clients, and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.

Qualifications: This role is primarily remote with required court appearances. Candidates should have:

  • Experience as an attorney, with at least one year of practice preferred
  • Membership in the California State Bar
  • Appropriate licenses to practice before boards or federal courts (preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with insurance law and relevant legal developments
  • Proficiency with technology supporting remote legal practice

Education: JD degree required.
