Do you like working with your hands and being outdoors? This may be the job for you.

Rainbow Greenhouses is looking for people to join our Cart Disassembly Team, breaking down garden carts from Walmart and Home Depot Outdoor Garden Centers. You can set your own hours and work at your own pace as this is a piecework position.

This is a seasonal job lasting 9 weeks from May to early July, covering multiple stores. A vehicle is required for travel between stores.

This role is physical and requires the ability to bend, lift up to 30 lbs, and work in a team of two or alone. No tools are required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performing physical work, able to lift 75 lbs
• Push/pull and reach capabilities
• Tracking and reporting the number of carts disassembled via a mobile app
• Standing for extended periods
• Self-managing and prioritizing tasks
• High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Working independently when needed

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Smartphone with regular usage (email, photos, etc.)
• Reliable personal vehicle for traveling between locations
• Safety-toed shoes (steel or composite) for the duration of shifts

Pay: $20.00 - $34.65 per hour
