Responsibilities

Pediatrix is seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our energetic team of 5 physicians and 4 NNPs providing care to patients in the Nashville metropolitan area.

  • Coverage is required for St. Thomas Midtown Hospital, a 52-bed Level-III NICU, located in Nashville. With over 7,000 deliveries, it is the largest delivery hospital in the state of Tennessee.
  • NNP shifts are 24 hours.
  • Responsibilities include: NICU coverage, admissions, procedures, family teaching.
  • 24/7 in-house neonatologist coverage.
  • St. Thomas Midtown Hospital is equipped with HFJV, iNO and several pediatric subspecialty services.
  • Our practice is supported by an established MFM group with strong network ties in Middle Tennessee.
  • Our schedule ensures great continuity for our patients and fantastic work/life balance for the physicians.
  • We are part of the statewide Tennessee Initiative for Perinatal Quality Care (TIPQC), a collaborative effort to improve perinatal outcomes.
