A leading educational institution in Central Ontario is seeking a qualified Science Teacher for St. Mary's Catholic Learning Centre. This full-time position emphasizes the importance of maintaining a current portfolio and prioritizes qualified teachers based on seniority. The Board invites applications from qualified teachers for the following position:
In accordance with the current OECTA Collective Agreement, priority will be given to qualified redundant and supernumerary permanent teachers based on seniority before offering the position to an Occasional Teacher. If the position remains unfilled, qualified applications from the Occasional Teachers List will be considered, followed by other qualified applicants not on the list.
The Board will review applicants' portfolios for hiring purposes. Applicants are encouraged to keep their portfolios current, including any Additional Qualifications not listed on their Certificate of Qualification from the Ontario College of Teachers.
