As a Marketing Specialist for Mentor Works, you will execute innovative omni-channel marketing campaigns across various channels including web content, blogs, social media, events, and emails. You will join a team of experienced digital marketers and learn best practices related to modern marketing, such as the buyer's journey, lead generation, SEO, and thought leadership.

An ideal candidate will enjoy writing, managing B2B social media marketing, transforming marketing ideas into reality, and helping Canadian businesses access government funding to grow and succeed.

The Role: Marketing Specialist

The responsibilities include:

  1. Creating thought leadership and funding-related articles to educate professionals and increase website traffic.
  2. Planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  3. Implementing SEO strategies for website pages and blog posts.
  4. Managing inbound marketing campaigns through blogs, downloadable resources, and emails.
  5. Planning and promoting webinars and live events, including technical support.
  6. Tracking government funding programs and market opportunities.
  7. Researching potential partnerships, backlinks, and PR strategies.
  8. Engaging in special projects such as website updates and graphic design.
  9. Bonus: Translating and localizing content for Québec audiences; bilingual skills are an asset.
  10. Bonus: Managing marketing analytics platforms and reporting.

Skills & Requirements

Looking for a resourceful, creative, self-driven marketer adaptable to new technologies. Bilingual in English and French Canadian is preferred, with experience in content marketing and SEO.
