Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - AME M2

Job Description

We have immediate openings for permanent AME M2s within the Pre-Flight Department. The successful candidate will oversee all operations, including engine runs and functioning tests, from final assembly to customer acceptance. They will also be involved in aircraft construction from early development through to final assembly and will complete all necessary inspection reports and documents.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee all operations, including engine runs and functioning tests, from final assembly to customer acceptance.
  2. Participate in building aircraft from early development stages through to final assembly.
  3. Complete all inspection reports and necessary documentation.
  4. Maintain thorough knowledge of procedures.

Requirements

  • Transport Canada AME M2 License
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with rigging

Compensation

  • Salary: $102,377.76 annually
  • $2.00 per hour shift premium (afternoon & night shifts)
  • Overtime pay after 8 hours daily
  • Overtime pay on Saturday shifts
  • Double time pay on Sunday shifts
  • Pension/RRSP
  • Full medical and dental benefits
