Customer Service Representative (Call Center)

CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE (Full-time, Term and Part-Time, Term Opening)

As a Call Center Representative with TRAXX, you will play an important leadership role to ensure our clients have an amazing experience as they tour Western Canada on our premium motor coaches.

As the first point of contact for TRAXX customers through Live Chat, Telephony, Email, and social media, your priority will be to ensure TRAXX safely delivers on and exceeds our customers’ expectations of their TRAXX experience. By creating a safe, positive, and accountable environment, your dedication to customer service excellence and glowing hearted hospitality will allow you to anticipate and deliver on our customers’ needs, while providing proactive and empathetic leadership to our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide customer support for all customer transactions with TRAXX.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring the issue is resolved and the client is satisfied with the solution.
  • Respond to incoming tickets (social media, emails, live chat channels).
  • Escalate customer questions or concerns when necessary.
  • Handle issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Document the status of tickets worked on or elevated.

ABOUT YOU

You are known for your friendly, positive attitude and ability to consistently interact with customers in a professional manner, whether responding to questions or complaints. You take pride in your work and enjoy providing front-line support to customers in a fast-paced environment. Essential to your success are your strong communication skills and proven customer service experience.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong interpersonal skills (organizational, team-oriented, & focused).
  • Entrepreneurial and self-managed abilities.
  • A minimum of two years of previous customer service management experience.
  • A genuine passion for creating positive customer and employee experiences.
  • Ability to develop trust and rapport.
  • An entrepreneurial, energetic, and tenacious attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and share that knowledge.
  • Ability to share, cross-train, and support local training initiatives.
  • Previous transportation, hospitality, or tourism industry experience is considered an asset.

JOB DETAILS

JOB TYPE : 1 Full-Time, Term Dured [until September 01, 2025], with the possibility to become permanent.

SCHEDULE : 5 days a week (8-hour shifts, some shift flexibility required).

LOCATION : This is a hybrid position based in Delta / Burnaby, Kamloops, or Kelowna.

SALARY : $22.00 per hour.
